Frequently Asked Questions

Where do we meet?

If in the Oviedo area during the summer months, we recommend meeting in person. Most clients prefer to meet at Panera, Starbucks, or other similar locations. When booking a session, there will be an option to enter where you prefer to meet.

If meeting online, we will send a Zoom code to the email or phone number provided, whichever is listed as the best method of communication. The code will be sent approximately 5-10 minutes prior to our meeting time.

What should I bring?

Please bring a pencil and any homework, worksheets, or tests/quizzes your student would like to review or needs help with.

How do I cancel or reschedule a session?

After a session is scheduled, a message will be sent to the email provided. If you need to reschedule or cancel, that email will have a link to allow you to do so. If you cannot locate that email, feel free to contact me and I can cancel the session for you. 

How do I pay?

We accept cash, Venmo, or Zelle. We ask for a minimum donation of $15, but many give more :)
